Return Policy
In general, Taylor Trunk Company accepts returns on new and unused merchandise up to 30 days from the date of purchase and upon presentation of a Taylor Trunk Company sales receipt.
Taylor Trunk Company also offers a 30-day return or exchange on most products purchased via this site. If, for any reason, the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it for a full refund if all the following conditions have been met:
- Taylor Trunk Company has first been contacted by the customer to obtain a return authorization;
- The item is received at our warehouse within 30 days of the original shipping date (exceptions may apply for seasonal items);
- The item is new and unused (Taylor Trunk Company will make this determination) and is accompanied by all original packaging materials;
- A copy of the packing slip, or a copy of the online receipt is enclosed with the returned merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used merchandise;
- Special orders;
- Items not purchased at Taylortrunk.com.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. No C.O.D. returns will be accepted. Credit for original shipping charges may be issued if the product was damaged (original carton must be retained and returned to Taylor Trunk Co. by the customer), defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped. Any merchandise returned by a customer without authorization from Taylor Trunk Company will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.
Using UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post (to enable tracking) when returning merchandise is highly recommended!
Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number.
