Shipping Policy
The amount the customer is charged for Ground shipping will depend on the amount of the order and the items purchased.
In general, free ground shipping is provided on orders over $100.00 shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Exceptions on some large, bulky or overweight items (such as floor globes, large suitcases, etc.) may apply due to oversize package shipping rates from carriers.
Charges related to shipping and taxes are not included in meeting the minimum order total for shipping charges. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.

Ground orders placed Monday - Friday will usually leave the warehouse within 24 to 72 hours from the time your order is placed. Ground deliveries should arrive 1 - 5 business days after leaving the warehouse. Weekend orders are not processed until the following Monday.
It is recommended that orders be shipped to a location where someone will be available to sign and receive the delivery. Taylor Trunk Company cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an unattended address.
